What could possibly be a better Christmas gift for a couple of Supertrampers than an incredibly generous trip to New York City for 4 days in December?! We were stoked to meet my Nana in NYC the day after our first semester ended for SOSL. It was chilly to be sure, but we enjoyed perfectly clear and mostly sunny skies the majority of our trip.

What had to be a highlight for me (other than all the amazing food we ate!) was seeing The Newsies at The Nederlander Theater. The Newsies has been one of my all-time favorite movies since high school and the show is brand new on Broadway. I couldn’t even believe I was able to see it live!

We were able to walk back to our hotel from the theater and see Times Square lit up in all its glory.
