Lori’s Birthday (June 24) was filled with many good things over a span of a weekend! From Champion Juicer (an early birthday package from her Nana), cast-iron skillet & neat garden water pitcher (from my beloved parents), glorious breakfasts (chocolate chip sourdough pancakes w/ homemade whipped cream & fresh carrot juice) at home then a brunch at the Jam Coffeehouse (amazing local iced strawberry lattes & Good Morning Tacos), to multiple fine dining with incredible friends at the Silly Goose, Wild Ginger, and Fido’s finalized with homemade carrot cupcakes made by yours truly based on Lori’s recipe. Like her new blog design? One might consider it a birthday gift to her as well…
