It depends on who you ask, but any surveyor will tell you the center of New Zealand can be found just above the city of Nelson.
The sun started to warm up a chilly morning as we set off on a tramp to the Centre of New Zealand. We peeled off layer after layer of scarves and jackets as we approached the top of the hill.
We were greeted with a gorgeous view of the city below.
After taking in the view at the top, we continued walking to Branford Park.
